I'm a little confused...Do weapons and armor bought in the shops also include IC possession of them, or just their stats? Also, is there a way to determine just how much damage IC powers deal out when our character uses them?

Damage dealt depends on the character's stats and his weapons strength, and the player's opponent's stats and his armor's defense. Though they won't deal the exact same amount of damage, it depends on how well the other player blocks while being attacked. If they have a strong stance, less likely to be hit. If however they are just standing there, epic pwn. Though the defense is determined by more than the stance.
