    Admins are allowed to do anything, other than not paying for gears. They can give Custom Gears as a prize, Announce Events, and all else.
    Members can only Participate in, and Create competitions. They can also put furniture in the Hall, buy from the Gear Shop, put rings in the Bank, and alot else.
    Non-Members can only participate in competitions.
