Personality: No one knows,everyone who approaches dies, probably vicious, but everyone has a soft spot in there heart so he has to be nice sometimes.
History/Biography: Once there was a little fox,he had many friends,one day he played hide and seek with the other little foxes, and well..he hid and they couldnt find him so they got there parents and they couldnt find him,he was hiding far in the woods so he couldnt hear them,when he came out he couldnt find them,he had been suffering from hypothermia for a whole year and he had just come to and he thought he had only been asleep for a while,so he went to the spot where the pack used to live but they had moved on.He was very cold and very sad,so he just went back to his little tree and said"Oh god,just let me die here".But he didnt,he just got more and more immune to the cold and eventually after like two years he said"Oh why cant I just die!Thats it! I sware to kill anyone I know,for what they did to me!"And he kept his promise,so he stalks through the forest,waiting for his next kill.

Powers/Abilities: Scratch,Pounce, Camouflage(With one Chaos Emerald ,when its not snowing he can suddenly blend in with the surroundings like a chamelion for a day and become unnoticed and can pounce whenever he wishes)
Strengths: He can live in sub-zero tempratures, with one scratch he can blind prey with his claws and being black and white,he can almost perfectly blend in with his snowy home. Weaknesses: Is a little deaf in his left ear,When he misses his prey he gets mad and he makes alot of noise.
Weapons/Equipment :Steel Claws(just like brass knuckles except for his claws) Alignment Scale: 3

Alright, he fell in freezing water when he was young, and yet, he's still alive? If he can withstand 50 below today, does that mean it was that cold when he was young!?!? Did he climb out the water himself quickly after, because even wolves at young ages wouldn't be able to withstand that. Also, he became white from the cold? When I think cold, the first color I think of is blue, especially from actually being in the cold, but that's just me. One more thing: color washed from his body...what color? Even in Mobius, I'm not so sure cold temperatures in liquids can wash anything, without some kind of dye of course. It just doesn't happen.

And by reading this, I made the assumption he LIVED in that water. A bit more detail into this, because I just found so many things to talk about. I know this is your first time doing this, but common sense needs to be used in character creation, as well as detail and explanation, so your character doesn't look like he/she lived on the Sun, or in your case, Pluto.
